Previous item version information
The QMS has in-build document management including previous version information. What is visible depends on the QMS users access level. This is summarised in the table below.
User Access Permission | Previous Item Version Visibility |

Administrator Model Administrator | Ability to Change Details window, including release summary, editing and publication dates and change summary. Ability to download PDF of previous versions of policies and processes. |

Open version information
Change Details summary information is visible to all QMS users and can be found under the Version sub-tab of content items.
Step 1
Open the content item of interest.
Step 2
Click on the version sub tab.
Step 4
Under version history, click on the previous version of interest and click view change details.
Step 5
A pop-up box with the change details summary will emerge.
Download previous item version
If you have published an updated version of a policy or process QMS users with the appropriate access level can download a PDF of any previous versions.
