How do I login QMS Mobile app?

Do I use the same login details to access the mobile app as I use for the the web app?
Yes, users can login with their existing details. You do NOT need to set up separate account to use the mobile app.
In my organisation, who can access the mobile app?
The mobile app is available to all users who have an active QMS user account valid for a current QMS subscription.
Once I login, will my permissions remain the same?
Yes, your account permissions and settings remain the same. For example, if you are an Administrator, you will retain administration permissions. Refer to Manage Users page for more details regarding user permission levels.
Is the mobile app a replacement for the Quality Management System (QMS) web app?
No, the app is designed to work alongside the QMS web app.

Some features may work offline, but most functions need an internet connection. This helps ensure your information stays synced and accurate.
Can I use the app on more than one device?
Yes, there are no device limits. You can use the app on as many devices as required. Please refer to and follow your organisation's policies around information management and security before installing the app on any personal devices.
Why does the app look different from the desktop version?
The mobile layout is designed for smaller screens and touch navigation. Some features may be simplified or displayed differently for ease of use.
What are the terms and conditions for using the QMS mobile app?

Does the QMS mobile app keep my information private?
Centro’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and stored when you use QMS Mobile App.

How do I install the app?
The app is available in the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS) when you search 'Centro ASSIST'.
How secure is the QMS Mobile App?
The app connects directly to your existing live QMS , using the same authentication, permissions, and security controls as the QMS. No additional data is stored outside your environment, and all activity follows the same security standards already in place.
Will the app cost extra?
No. The mobile app is included as part of your existing subscription. There are no additional charges for access once the app is publicly released.

What kind of feedback helps the most?
Let us know what you tried, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and how it felt to use. If possible, include your device model, operating system version, and a screenshot.
Will actions completed in the mobile app appear instantly in the web app?
Yes, most actions sync in real time and will appear in the QMS when you have an internet connection. If you are offline, updates will sync once connectivity is restored.
Why do Word documents look different in the QMS Mobile App?
PDFs display more reliably on mobile devices and retain their formatting. Word documents may appear distorted or difficult to read in the app due to formatting limitations on mobile devices, so we recommend using PDFs for viewing and uploading documents in the mobile app. You can still access Word documents via QMS, where they display as intended. Additional changes will be released to improve this experience.
What can I use the QMS mobile app for?
The mobile app is intended for:
- viewing content
- completing required reading
- submitting and managing incidents, feedback and complaints.
Why does the app look a bit different on smaller phones?
Smaller screens offer less space, so some layouts may adjust to fit. The experience is still fully functional, it just makes tighter use of the available screen area.
Why can I only see one item at a time in list view when my phone is in landscape mode?
In landscape mode, limited screen width means only one list item can be displayed at a time. Using portrait mode provides a better viewing experience and allows you to see multiple items more easily. Additional changes will be released to improve this experience.
