Updating role name video
Updated
This video shows how to edit a Role name.
It uses the example of changing the ‘Care Manager’ Role for Home Care Providers to the ‘Care Partner’ Role, to align with the Support at Home Program.
Providers who also offer Residential Care services may wish to use the Role name ‘Care Manager/Partner.’
Important
If you make changes to the pre-loaded Roles in you QMS, these changes will pull-through to anywhere in the system that Role is used. For instance, if you change the existing ‘Care Manager’ role to ‘Care Partner’ this change will be reflected in every process that uses the Role.
