Audit permission levels
If you have access to internal audit you will have two additional user permissions: Audit Contributor and Audit Manager. Existing Administrators and Audit Managers can assign these roles on a user-by-user basis.
Permission name | Permissions |
|---|---|
Audit Contributor | Enter and edit audit data. |
Audit Manager | Approve, enter and edit audit data as well as assign audit contributors. |
Add a new business unit
A business unit refers to a department or other distinctive subsection of your organisation. Different business units will usually have separate compliance requirements and might need to complete different audits.
Once users with audit manager permissions have created a business unit, they will be able to assign audits to that business unit.
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Business unit name | The name of the subsection within your organisation. |
Type | The type of business unit. This section is optional. |
Services provided | The services the business unit provides. This section is optional. |
Description | Key information about the business unit. |
