Integrate with SharePoint

All content within the QMS web app has a unique web address.
This means the content stored on the web app can be referred to from other systems, such as SharePoint. Doing this will avoid duplication of content within your systems. It also means that you do not have to print copies of the policies and processes that are in your web app.
The example below is for the ‘Antimicrobial stewardship’ policy. You can do the same with all the policies and processes on your web app.
Change the red text with your web application address.

You can obtain the full URL by visiting each individual policy or process.
