Upcoming training sessions

Training opportunities for QMS Administrators. 

The Ageing Australia Quality and Governance Team runs semi-regular training sessions on a variety of subjects. Please email us at [email protected] to book into an upcoming session. All training sessions are appropriate for Administration level QMS Users and not designed for general (e.g. Process Viewing) users of the system.

All times listed are in Australian Eastern Standard Time. 

New User Training

Description: General navigation and administration functions of the QMS. Ideal for new system Administrators or organisation decision-makers, managers, content editors, etc. Agenda includes search function. managing users and downloading reports. 

NOTE – This session is recommended to be completed prior to all other training.

Audits Module

Description: Overview of the additional Audits Module for subscribers who have these functions, including creating an audit schedule, user rights related to audits, completing the audit document and applicable reports.
