Download and print content

QMS users with the appropriate access levels are able to download content and reports from the QMS. Users with the following access levels can initiate downloads:

  • Administrator
  • Model Administrator
  • Report downloading
  • Editor access(Policy Editing, Process Step Editing and Process Editing

This help article is split into four sections on different ways to download content and content reports.

  • Download single item (PDF)
  • Download all content (PDF)

Download single item

QMS users given administrator, report downloading or editor access can download PDF versions of single policies, processes. This is known as Single Item Report (SIR) and can be downloaded in two ways:

  1. from the opened item
    • download open item
    • download Process map
  2. from the list view.

Tip

To select several items at once, hold Ctrl and click once on each item you want to download.

Download all or multiple content items

QMS users with the appropriate access can generate a download or report of all policies and processes.

There are two file formats available:

  1. PDF of multiple content items
  2. spreadsheet report of multiple content items

Download PDF report

Tip

If you would like to download items which aren’t published (i.e. in draft view), you can do this by:

  1. filtering the list view to include only the draft content (refer to Filter and sort content page)
  2. adjusting the Create document from section of the Download pop-up box.

Tip

You can print all generated documents using your PDF viewer. You can also email the PDF.

Download spreadsheet report

Tip

You can adjust what items you include in your spreadsheet report by:

  1. selecting single or multiple items from the list (using CTRL)
    OR
  2. filtering the list view (refer to Filter and sort content page)
