Navigate between portals (QMS Mobile App)

This article applies to customers that are using multiple portals on their mobile devices.
Step 1
Open the mobile app and access the settings. Your mobile app settings will appear.
Step 2
Enter the subdomain of your second web portal and tap Update Domain.
Step 3
A prompt will appear. Tap Update to confirm.
Step 4
You will be taken back to the sign in page. Enter your email and password for your second portal and click Sign In.
