Clear cache

For Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

Clear Cache

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy and security.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
  6. Choose All time as the time range.
  7. Tick the Cookies and Cached images and files option
  8. Click Clear data.

New Incognito Window

If this has not resolved the issue, you can also try accessing the web portal in an incognito browser. Here is a quick guide on how to complete this task:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac), or click the three dots > New Incognito Window / New InPrivate Window.

For Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security.
  5. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
  6. Click Clear Data and confirm.

New Private Window

If this has not resolved the issue, you can also try accessing the web portal in an incognito browser. Here is a quick guide on how to complete this task:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) or Command + Shift + P (Mac), or click the three lines > New Private Window.
