Delete document
QMS Administrators, Model Administrators and Editors have the ability to delete documents.
Edit, review and approve process
QMS users with the appropriate level of access can make changes to processes.

QMS users with the appropriate level of access can make changes to policies.
Create and publish new policy
QMS users with the appropriate level access can create new policies within the QMS for organisational use.
Create and publish new process
Administrators can add new processes that are specific to their organisation. The web app gives users the option to add both process steps and decision points.
Previous item version information
The QMS has in-build document management including previous version information.
Edit roles
The QMS is pre-loaded with various Roles to allow process step responsibilities to be added to the processes.
Edit release notes
Release notes are a summary of all the updates you have made to content in your web app. Every time you publish a new item (or items), you can write release notes. Once your item/s have been published and release notes completed, you have the option to edit these release notes.
Hide items (archive content)
The hidden items feature acts as an archive for any items that need to be hidden from view. It is a reversible alternative to deleting content from the QMS web app.

Release management features provide you with a version control system that is integrated into your web app. This tool is designed to assist you with your version control requirements and create a structured release management workflow for your organisation.

Manage regulations
Using the regulations item type allows you to link rules and legislation into the content that is stored in your web app. Regulations should be used instead of related documents when linking rules and legislation.

There are three key steps in the release management workflow. You must complete all the steps to publish your item.
Download and print content
Web app users given administrator, report downloading or editor access can download PDF versions of single policies, processes or work instructions (if work instructions are enabled). This is known as Single Item Report (SIR).
Delete role
QMS Administrators, Model Administrators and Editors have the ability to delete roles.
Delete policy
QMS Administrators, Model Administrators and Policy Editors have the ability to delete policies.
Delete process
QMS Administrators, Model Administrators and Process Editors have the ability to delete processes.
Delete or archive regulation
QMS Administrators, Model Administrators and Editors have the ability to delete regulations.
