Assign required reading
This article provides guidelines for assigning required reading to QMS users.
Manage app settings
App Settings will give you the option to manage a variety of settings for your web app
Home page image and document logo
In order to customise your web app, the home page banner image and the document logo can be replaced by logos or images associated with your organisation. 
Manage categories
QMS administrators can categorise all web app content (processes, policies and documents).
Welcome text and news
QMS Administrators have the ability to edit the welcome message and news items on their QMS home page.
Hide items (archive content)
The hidden items feature acts as an archive for any items that need to be hidden from view. It is a reversible alternative to deleting content from the QMS web app.
Required reading reports
The required reading function of the QMS allows organisations to Assign Required Reading and collect data on what reading has been completed by system Users.
