Guide new business unit set up
This guide applies to QMS customers who do not currently have any Business Units (BUs) created or implemented.
Working example 1 - locking down content access to 2 separate items
Organisation Problem: We have two types of employees (Support Workers and Support Coordinator) who are required to have completely separate policies, processes and documents within Centro.
Working example 2 - want all staff to view content yet only one group can edit
Organisation Problem: We require all staff to view content around Human Resources yet do not want everyone with ‘editing permissions’ in their user account to be able to modify these documents. Only the delegated Human resources team members with editing permissions and assigned to this business unit should be able to update these items.
